ACIP recommends girls and boys start at age 11or 12
if start before age 15 only need two doses, if start at 15yo or older need 3 doses.
HPV vaccine is only approved for routine use up to age 26. While some adults age 27–45 who were not adequately vaccinated when they were younger may request HPV vaccine
