- Basal/posterior fibrosis
- Honeycombing fibrosis (look up)
- Diffuse infiltrates
- Cysts

What would be the results of the peak flow?
A
- Reduced significantly

What would be the result of a CO gas transfer?
A
- High levels of CO would be detected on expiration

What are the treatments?
A
- Very few
- Some response to steroids
- Antifibrotics
