AMM, IPC, SRM, ESPM, CMMs, Engine manuals & SBs.
If you find a mistake in a manual what would you do?
A Raise a TAQ to engineering and they will go back to the OEM to get the manual corrected.
How do you know you are using the latest Revision?
A The latest revision of the manual is on Techweb.
What document is produced by QA to give information to engineers?
QA issue Quality Notices and they are distributed via AMOS
What documents are issued by Engineering?
TNs and EOs are issued by engineering.
What is the system in AMOS used for engineers to record that they read a document?
Publication Acknowledgement in AMOS
Know the last 5 TNs and QNs and be able to say what they are about.

What is your understanding of human factors
A. It is a understanding of human performance and what factors/conditions can cause a reduction in performance, ie sleep, diet, light, weather, Re-training is required every 2 years under EASA regulations to insure engineers are aware of human factors that can affect their performance and to help identify signs of performance issues with colleagues
Why do we have continuation training?
It is an EASA requirement for aircraft maintenance staff and is used as a medium to update staff on new procedures and review incidents that occurred in the previous 2 years.
