What is your understanding of human factors

A. It is a understanding of human performance and what factors/conditions can cause a reduction in performance, ie sleep, diet, light, weather, Re-training is required every 2 years under EASA regulations to insure engineers are aware of human factors that can affect their performance and to help identify signs of performance issues with colleagues

Why do we have continuation training?

A

It is an EASA requirement for aircraft maintenance staff and is used as a medium to update staff on new procedures and review incidents that occurred in the previous 2 years.
