What is mandatory Reporting?
A
A people working in a Part 145 organisation are obliged to report maintenance errors, incidents, and accidents they witness or are involved in.

How can incidents / errors be reported?
A
Incidents are reported through Safety Net.

Who receives the reports?
A
The reports are sent to the CSRO office and also to the IAA if required.
