We are a part 145 organisation and as part of the EASA regulations every company who holds a Part 145 approval must have an MOE.

What is the Difference between Part M and Part 145?

A

What is the Difference between Part M and Part 145.

Part M (Engineering) manage how maintenance is performed on an aircraft. (MPD, Type of log, what system we use. ADs, SBs, control of tasks.

Part 145 (Line Maintenance) perform physical work on the aircraft (Turn the spanners).

Regulations are constantly changing so the MMOE has to be updated to keep in line. We also update and review internal procedures which can require MMOE updates.

A

Stock Qty in SAT is controlled by AMOS reports. If the stock is not picksliped and confirmed from SAT the stock is not removed and will not be replenished.

A

Signing the bottom of the pickslip and putting the part in the return to stock bin.
