Section 13 is used to certify a new part and section 14 is used to certify a repaired/inspected part. Block 12 is a remarks section which will give details of the work performed and any outstanding maintenance requirements.
Engineers should always review box 12 before installing a part. Boxes 6 to 11 will give details of the part including a Description, PN SN and Status.
