Immunocsupressed - oral oseltamivir for 5 days
Investigations for URTIs
Nasal swab
Reverse PCR within 4-6 hours
What is Quinsy, what can cause it
- Quinsy - peritonsiliar abscess, S.pyogenes, S. aureus, H. influenzae
What use to decide if perscribe antibiotics

Abscess
Cant eat or drink
Immunosuppressed
Epiglottitis - h influenzae
Stridor - red flag
