Guided pelvic floor muscle training with specialist women’s health physio.
Treats 50% sufficiently.

What is the first line treatment for urinary symptoms (e.g. frequency and urgency) in MS?
A
- anticholinergics e.g. oxybutynin and tolterodine
- desmopressin can be used - mostly for night problems (not to be used more than once in 24h)
