Define uterine prolapse.
Uterine prolapse is the loss of anatomical support for the uterus, typically surrounding the apex of the vagina. The anterior and/or posterior vaginal wall may also be involved.

Urinalysis

What is the management for urogenital prolapse.
Nothing - Rehab with pelvic floor exercises
Medical - Pessary
Surgical:
- Sacrocolpopexy
- Uterosacral ligament suspension
- Sacrospinous ligament suspension
- Hysterectomy

Dyspareunia after posterior repair
Post-repair urinary incontinence
Faecal incontinence after posterior repair
Vaginal erosion
Urinary retention
Post-repair recurrent prolapse
