Side effects from urinary meds
Dry mouth and constipation (antimuscarinics)
Oxybutynin especially causes these symptoms, as well as dizziness and drowsiness

Hyperphosphatemia
Calcium carbonate
Tums; phosphate binders
Hyperphosphatemia
Lanthanum carbonate
Fosrenol; phosphate binders
Hyperphosphatemia
Sevelamer carbonate

These two phosphate binders may cause hypercalcemia, and should be separated from meals that contain calcium

Take with meals
This drug’s tablet form must be chewed before swallowing
Lanthanum carbonate (Fosrenol)
This med should be separated from certain meds, like gabapentin, fluoroquinolones, etc.

These two phosphate binders may reduce the absorption of fat-soluable vitamins like Vitamins A, D, E, and K
Sevelamer carbonate (Renvela) and sevelamer hydrochloride (Renagel)
