Q

Principle

A

Uricase catalyzes the conversion of uric acid into allantoin and H2O2
The H2O2 is measured by its reaction with 3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonic
acid (DCHB) in the presence of peroxidase and 4-aminophenazone.
