Anterior pelvic tilt and excessive lordosis of the spine (low back arch)
Lower crossed syndrome - OVERACTIVE
Hip flexors, Lumbar extensors
Lower crossed syndrome - UNDERACTIVE
Glutes, Hamstrings, Abdominals
Upper crossed syndrome
Excessive kyphosis of thoracic spine (hunchback), protracted shoulders, Head jutted forward
Upper crossed syndrome - OVERACTIVE
Pectoralis major and minor, levator scapulae and sternocleidomastoid (neck), and Upper trapezius
Upper crossed syndrome - UNDERACTIVE
Middle and lower trapezius, rhomboids, deep cervical flexors
Pes Planus Syndrome
Flat feet, knee valgus, and adducted and internally rotated hips
Pes Planus Syndrome - OVERACTIVE
Gastrocnemius, soleus, adductor complex, hip flexors
Pes Planus Syndrome - UNDERACTIVE
Anterior and posterior tibialis, glutes
