Winged scapula
Caused by loss of long thoracic nerve innervation
Biceps reflex

Carpal tunnel includes what
Medial nerve, tendons of the flexor digitorum profundus and superficialis and the flexor poillicus longus
Carpal tunnel syndrome = median nerve is impinged by tendons
Quadrangular space
Contains the axillary never and the posterior humeral circumflex artery
Lateral border = long head of triceps
Medial border = humerous
Superior border = teres minor
Inferior border = teres major
Triangular space
Contains radial nerve and deep brachi AA.
Lateral border = lateral head of triceps
Medial border = long head of triceps
Superior border = teres major
Allens test
Tests for anastomoses between radial and ulnar arteries.
Pinch both ulnar and radial arteries and drain blood from hand via clinching fist.
Release ulnar artery but keep pressure on radial to see if blood returns to whole hand or not
