Q

What is a behind the head lat pulldown

A

It is the same as a regular pulldown except where it ends people do this because I think it works so mats more but this is not true there is not a significant change from the regular. however you can get injuries because of the shoulder range of motion . however this is also harder to cheat on that’s what people do it because they feel it more

18
Q

What are the issues with shrugs

A

Grip, the range of motion is very small and we can cause injury to the neck muscles

19
Q

What are the advantages to upper back exercises

A

An increase in elbow flexors and increase it hand strength

20
Q

What are the disadvantages to upper back exercises

A

It is tough training because of large muscle mass , there is injury to the low back , since the range of motion is descending it makes it hard , and there’s lots of cheating
