-Right to refuse to carry out an order that violates the common norms of morality.
Right to Privacy

-Limits on surveillance without consent, the right to refuse tests that invade privacy.
Forbids unreasonable search and seizure in the workplace.
Workers can check their files, there are limits on information gathering and sharing.
Blacklisting is forbidden.

Procedural Rights

Those discharged or demoted are entitled to a written statement of explanation.
Employees who feel their rights have been violated are entitled to a hearing before an impartial arbitrator.
