Acceptance (2 Components)
Acknowledging an experience for what it is and without judgement
Flow
A psychological state where a person is deeply focused/involved in what they are doing to the point where they are unaware of anything else
Motivation
The willingness of a person to expend an amount of effort to achieve a goal under certain circumstances.
Intrinsic Motivation
Being motivated by internal factors (excitement, joy from completing task)
Extrinsic Motivation
Being motivated by external factors (getting a reward, avoiding punishment)
