Physiological Changes (3 Parts)
Alterations in your body and psychology (ex. changed heartrate)
Subjective Feeling (3 Parts)
Feelings associated with the emotion. These are subjective and cannot be objectively measured.
Associated Behaviour
The behavioural changes resulted from the Physiological and Subjective feelings.
Happiness
A state of wellbeing that encompasses a deep and meaningful satisfaction with life.

Physiological response occurs first then cognitive label is applied
Appraisal Theory
Cognition occurs first before emotion is displayed - experience emotions based on our assessment of situation
