All members, whether sworn or civilian, working a 40-hour work week that receives a uniform
allowance, shall wear the appropriate uniform at a minimum of?

or academy graduations), formal presentations, court appearances or similar activities.
The Class B uniform may be worn at the
following times:
official functions and retirement ceremonies.

Administrative Captains can wear fatigue shorts only if
they will be required to work in a hot
environment from more than 50% of the workday.
Nomex Jump Suit is to be worn by members of
Fire Investigations, H.A.L.O., or Special Operations
Unit during active incident or in training. This is also
authorized for staff positions and on-duty WDC/BC/ISO during on duty activities or in training.
For
members wearing bugles, the flared end of the bugles shall be placed __ __ from the collar point
