- palpate 1st MPJ, pain present plantar and/or dorsally
- passive DF and PF pain
- description of localised pain, swelling and redness following injury

A
- sesamoiditis
- met stress#

Treatment
A
- Reduce activities
- NSAIDS
- Stiff Soled shoes
- Potentially orthotics with Morton’s extension
