- Can effect EDL,EDB,EHL and EHB

Diagnosis
A
- aching pain or dorsal aspect of midfoot
- palpating will show tenderness and mild swelling
- resist muscle action

Treatment
A
- Rest
- Extensor muscle Strengthening
- Mobilisation of midfoot joints
- Volume lacing
