What are the procedures for trespassing individuals?

Answer 1

Those persons who have been issued a barment letter are subject to immediate apprehension. ECC will contact the applicable county sheriff’s office to see if they will take any actions on civilian violators, if so, turn over the suspect to the applicable county sheriff’s office. If not, Security Forces Members will process the suspect and issue a citation for trespassing if applicable.

Can you take a statement from trespassers?

If subject agrees to be interviewed, a written statement will be taken.

Question 3

What are the procedures after processing is completed?

Answer 3

After processing actions are completed, the Patrolman will escort the violator of the installation.
