A

A

When a walking aid is provided takes ability for patient to be able to use arms to balance, to use own body weight and reactions in feet and legs, trunk, head and stepping reactions all get lost, best to get off walking aid

A

To reduce amount of weight taken through the lower limbs I’m standing and walking, to re educate gait, improve balance and reduce fall risk to assist confidence and level of independence of a individual may be required for long term and short term use
