No, although all travelers should have immunity to tetanus and polio (and childhood immunisations should be up to date)
When is vaccination with polio vaccine recommended?
For travellers to areas where the incidence is high ; if previously immunized, offer a booster dose of inactivated polio virus
When is immunisation against meningococcal meningitis recommended?
For specific areas of the world. sorry poop emoji
Is cholera vaccination required for entry into any countries?
No BUT oral cholera vaccine should be considered for backpackers and those travelling to situations where the risk is great eg refugee camps AND all travellers should take special care with food hygiene regardless of vaccination status

From the embassy of that particular country

**good food hygiene is important to help prevent infection; food should be freshly prepared and hot, and uncooked vegetables should be avoided (including salad greens); only fruits which can be peeled should be eaten; only suitable bottled water or tap water that has been boiled or treated with sterilizing tablets should be used for drinking
