Transudate vs exudate Flashcards

1
Q

transudate vs exudate causes

A
transudate = due to increased hydrostatic pressure/reduced colloid osmotic pressure (v-- protein (mainly albumin) in blood vessel .,. less fluid pulled into blood vessel)
