CONTEMPLATION STAGE
ON THIS STAGE THE INDIVIDUAL IS ABLE PREPARE FOR ITS COMPLETELY CHANGING POSITIVE BEHAVIOR, BY SETTING TIME AND DATE OF THE ACTUAL CHANGE.
PREPARATION STAGE
ON THIS STAGE OF CHANGE IS WHEN THE INDIVIDUAL IS ABLE TO SUSTAIN THE POSITIVE CHANGES FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE.
