What are structures?
describe the shape/formation a team may set up in, often pre-rehearsed in training

What are strategies?
the tactics a team uses in order to be successful, in offensive or defensive play (plus individual sports)
Give an example of a strategy for:

- attack flag/go for green
- stay in pack
Composition definition?
the action of putting things together in a structured and organised manner

SPACE: direction, level, patterns/formations
DYNAMICS: force, flow
TIME & RHYTHM: duration, momentum, self-paced vs externally paced, timing
RELATIONSHIPS: other people, equipment, team formations

Give a tennis eg of a SWOT analysis vs an opponent.
STRENGTHS:
- they are tall (hard to lob them).
- they like going near net after serves.
WEAKNESSES:
- they don’t like their backhand.
- they tire early
OPPORTUNITIES:
- my fitness is good currently
- they’ll make mistakes when I send fastballs at her backhand.
THREATS:
- they have a powerful serve
- when at net they smash and reach very well.
