What is a fitness test battery?
a collection of fitness tests usually performed in close proximity to each other to measure the demands of a particular sport/activity
What do Norms/Normative data tables mean?
a table of other people’s scores on a test that can be used as a comparison to your own results
What is test protocol?
the procedure used to carry out a fitness test
Fitness baseline data means what?
the initial collection of fitness test data, allowing you compare fitness levels before and after a training programme
