Definition of health?
is a state of complete physical and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (World Health Organisation)
Definitin of fitness?
the ability to meet with the demands of the environment
How long should people aged 2-18 be active for daily?
60 mins at a moderate+ level
How long should people aged 18-64 be active for daily?
30 mins (moderate), 5 days a week
Name the 5 components of fitness that make up health-related fitness.

Describe strength and the three types.

What is muscular endurance? Give eg.
