The act of making something available for purchase, with the aim of making profit.

How does media raise participation?
Provides publicity. Eg-The World Cup football on TV.
Provides funding for sports therefore sports can develop at beginners. Eg-30 second advert in Super Bowl cost 5 million!

Advantages-people and sport can get famous More people play it. Can gain money. Disadvantages-May cost to much. May turn into business and not a sport. Elite athletes have no privacy.

Advantages-they earn money. Can get more famous. More motivated. Can get a personal brand. Better materials. Disadvantages-less private life. Focus on money. Get too competitive. High expectation that may not be achievable.

Advantages-Buy products of the brand. Better social brand. Can learn new skills. Disadvantages-extreme violence. Too many adverts. Products may cost to much.

The qualities of fairness, following the rules and being gracious in victory and defeat.
Game ship definition
Bending the rules/laws of a sport without actually breaking them.
Defiance
Behavior that goes against the moral values or rules of sport.
Consequences of deviant behavior
On field penalties. Eg-sending off Off field penalties. Eg-fines/bans (paying money) Losing your contract. Career ending injury. Damaging your reputation. Damaging sports reputation.
