How are the dispatch runway landing lengths calculated?
ALD * 1.67 (60% rule).
Add 15% of the calculated value for:
- Wet Runway
- Low Visibility

Chapter 9 of the POH; Normal Landing distance numbers with a given set of circumstances eg… CC Code, Thrust Reversers… ETC.
During Takeoff, what do we abort for below 80KTS?
Anything
Between 80KTS and V1 what do we abort for?
- Engine Failure
- Engine Fire
- Unsafe to Fly
- Loss of Directional Control
When do we make the decision to reject a takeoff?
V1 - 5
