How do we go back into Autotune after it has been kicked off?

When are we required to use DME hold mode?
when shooting an approach that contains fixes that are identified by the DME from another NAV source
What does the 1/2 button on the RTUs do?
Allows changes to be made to the offside RTU
What are the arrow keys on the FMS used for?
Reviewing the FMS flight plan when in the PLAN MAP mode
When does DME Hold mode NEED to be selected?
When flying approaches contains fixes that are identified by the DME from another NAV source that’s not the primary NAVAID

Slew the FMS position to the current aircraft position

When Nav 1 is tuned to and receiving a valid ILS
When is a RAIM check required to be done?
Only if dispatching to an airport with no land-based NAVAID
How should the MFD menu be setup for each flight?
PM - window on, speed, altitude and range to altitude
PF - VNAV with Speed, altitude and range to altitude
Where should the fuel management be set to and why?
Predicted because that gives you fuel remaining to destination based on the imputed speed schedules and NOT your current burn rate as measured would
When is the only time you’re required to put an ISA deviation in the PERF INIT page?
Only if you’re put on a Sid with an altitude restriction.
How do we know what to set the VPA to when setting up the VNAV page on the FMS?
Refer to the company 10-7 pages.
