a process/framework that business can use to help individuals ensure a change is implemented sucessfully.

- Unfreeze
–> preparing business for change
-identify and the detemrine what needs to be changed
-creating a sense urgency for change
-managers should show that they understand the doubts held by employees and concerns they may have that contributes to resistance
-ensure there is support form upper management
2.Change
when the business is UNFROZEN, management is able to CHANGE POLICIES , PROCESSES AND CULTURE
Factors of change
COMMUNICATE: often about the change, listen to feedback, allow employees to seek guidence ad dispel rumers,
PROVIDE SUPPORT: training, councelling ect..
3.Refreeze
reinforce and anchoring change into the culture
factors of Refreeze
Without refeesing, there is the potential for business to gradually move back to old ways of doing things
Develop ways to sustain the change
Provide support and training
Celebrate success
To establish change –> part of refreeze
Celebrate success and recognise employees who have change
Continue to offer support and tra8ining
Re-write new policies and job descriptions
