From Tadasana.
(Starts with left foot extended.)

Inhale extend left foot forward, both legs straight, left foot (*pointed) an inch or two off floor.
Exhale flex foot
Inhale point foot
Exhale flex 2
Inhale point
Exhale flex 3
Inhale point
Exhale keep foot pointed but flex toes back,
Hold.
Inhale exhale 1
Inhale exhale 2
Inhale exhale 3
Inhale step down with the ball of the left foot as you lift right heel up, both legs straight,
Exhale bend both knees as you float arms (*forward and) up to shoulder height, palms face up.
Inhale turn palms to face down as you straighten both legs, (*heels stay up high)
Exhale bend
Inhale extend 2
Exhale bend
Inhale extend 3
Exhale bend
Inhale extend 4
Exhale bend
Inhale extend 5
Exhale drop right heel to floor
Inhale bend left knee against chest and hold,
Exhale both feet together, Tadasana.
