(From downward facing dog)
Inhale step right foot forward lunge,
Exhale press back through left heel as you extend hearts forward,
Inhale lift left foot off floor extend legs and lengthen spine,(head and chest up)
Exhale press forehead to standing leg, (align fingers and toes) standing split.
(Inhale and exhale for 8 breaths)
Inhale look up, lengthen spine, open right hip
Exhale bend both knees and spiral all the way down, place right knee outside left foot, and sit down.
Inhale fingers pressed down on floor to lengthen spine, ground both sitbones,
Exhale twist to the right half seated spinal twist.
Inhale and Exhale 8 times.
Inhale face forward
Exhale de-rotate
Inhale face front
Exhale swing right leg behind, step back down dog.
(Repeat other side)
