What is the meaning of the mantra.
Our creation is that guru,
the duration of our lives is that guru,
our trials, illnesses, calamities and the death of the body is that guru.
There is a guru that is nearby and a guru that is beyond the beyond.
I offer on my efforts to the guru, the remover of darkness.

Om gurur Brahma gurur Vishnur
gurur devo Maheshwara
guruh sakshat param brahma
tasmai shri gurave namah
What is the meaning of the seed roots of the Sanskrit .
Gu = sticky, that which inhibits fluidity,
causes obscuration and darkness.
Ru = remove
Brahma = The force of creation
Vishnu = The force of preservation
Devo Maheshwar = The force of transformation, Shiva
Sri = beautiful, divine, inclusive, interconnected
Guru Sakshat = the teacher nearby beyond the disguise we create from our own ego and ignorance, the guru is always right in front of us.
Param Brahma = the guru is beyond forms and is an invisible force that can only be accessed by the participant or is a dormant force to the one who doesn’t participate in its awakening through faith and confidence that the guru is always everywhere beyond the explainable.
Tas mai shri = May I have the good sense not to be so arrogance that I don’t acknowledge to guru in my life because I miss it.
