Stresemann realised the Germany could not afford the reparation payments, he set up a plan with the US president to, lower reparation payments, evacuate allied troops from Ruhr, also USA gave Germany loans to help its economic recovery.

Lowered the reperations even further from 6.6 billion to 1.8 billion, and they payment plan was extended to 59 years. However, many still werent in favour as they thought Germany shouldnt pay anything.
What was the Locarno Pact?
The establishment in borders within neighbouring countries of Germany, this aim was to rebuild the relationship and get accepted back into the European international scene, this also helped bring Germany onto the League of Nations
What was the Kellogg-Briand pact?
Agreement between many countries to keep peace between eachother and solve disputed through negotiations rather than war. This even fully confirmed that Germany was accepted back into the community
Why were the cultural changes in weimar?
Censorship was finally removed from the strict pre-war.
How did Germany develop culturally?
Paintings and art, cinema, architecture, literature and theatre.
Film industry revolutionised for example the movie ‘Metropolis’ by Fritz Lang was produced.
