1) Add a few drops of the substance to anhydrous copper sulfate crystals
2) If they turn blue, water is present

Question 4

Test for pure water

Answer 4

1) Boil it
2) Measure the exact temperature at which it boils
3) If this value is 100 degrees Celsius, the water is pure.
