risk factors?
A
bell clapper deformity, large size, sudden change in temperature, undescended testes, previous testicular pain

acute onset of pain. where can the pain be?

scrotum, groin, lower abdomen or the inguinal region.

what is the management ?
A
surgical (orchidexomy) fix
