FLYING TUNA PLATTER
FLYING TUNA -Seared (rare) ahi grade tuna, sliced and finished with firecracker ponzu, with a salad of mixed greens, avocado, mango, jicima, compari tomatoes, mint, and cilantro tossed in honey lime vinagrette, finished with sesame seeds. -No side - salad serves as side item and cannot be substitued.
