TORT - 8oz -A puree of fresh tortillas and chicken stock with chunks of roasted chicken and cilantro. -Topped with avocado, jack and cheddar cheeses with fresh tortilla strips.

CHILI - 6oz -A Texas-style chili with seared sirloin and beans -Garnished with grated cheddar cheese and chopped onion. A jalapeno is served upon request.

MEXICO CITY STYLE
MC - 7oz -A chicken stock based soup with pulled roasted chicken surrounding a Spanish style risotto. -Garnish the soup with zucchini and tomatoes around the soup in the “moat”. Sprinkle the risotto with chopped mont. Jack chez and a sprig of cilantro
NEWPORT BEACH CLAM CHOWDER
CHOWDER - 8oz -A rich, cream based soup with baby clams and diced potatoes. -Garnished with 3 rustic croutons, smokehouse bacon, chopped parsley and cracked pepper.
