1/2oz cointreau
Prep-Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into salt rimmed glass with or without ice

1 1/2oz tequila 3oz oj 1/2oz grenadine
Prep-Pour tequila and oj into an ice filled glass. Add grenadine but do not stir to create the “sunrise” effect

2oz tequila one half lime chilled grapefruit, soda
Prep-Muddle lime in a highball glass. Rim with salt add ice
Build the drink over the ice and stir gently

2oz Cachaca juice of two lime quarters 2 teaspoons sugar
Prep-Muddle sugar and lime quarters until sugar is dissolved. Add crushed ice and Cachaca

1/2oz lime juice 1/4oz curacao liquer 1/4oz orgeat syrup
Prep-Shake with ice and strain
Presentation-Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish-Mint, lime, pineapple, umbrella
History-The widely used recipe is based on Trader Vics 1944 version

1 1/2oz white rum 3/4oz lime juice 2 tsp sugar
8-10 mint leaves soda water
Prep-Muddle mint, lime, and sugar, add ice and rum. Shake briefly and pour into a fresh glass. Top with fresh ice before adding the soda water

Prep-Shake all ingredients with ice or blend until smooth
Presentation-If blended use Hurricane glass. If shaken serve in a crushed ice filled mug or old fashioned glass. Garnish-be creative with an umbrella
History-First mention was from the 19th century Puerto Rican pirate Roberto Cofresi would give his crew to lift their spirits.

1 1/2oz Gold Puerto Rican rum 1 1/2oz aged Jamaican rum
1oz lemon 3/4 lime juice 1/2oz Dons mix (2 parts white grapefruit juice 1 part cinnamon)
1/2oz Falernum 1 tsp grenadine 1 dash pernod
1 dash Angostura bitters
