A
- As long as part of your ball is in the teeing area it is ok
- Players may stand outside of teeing area
- the ground can be altered to make a tee

Grass/other natural objects attached or growing in the ground
-players can improve lie and remove soil/sand

You must not make a stroke at your ball…
A
- on a non conforming tee
- teed in a way that is not allowed
- one time is general penalty, twice is a DQ
