Q

after a couple of meetings, you are not happy with how the team is working together, there is 1 dominant person and the others have taken a back seat, how will you as team leader deal with this?

A

-organise a team meeting - address the issue in a ‘non-targeting way’ and explain how it is important for everyone to contribute too the task and group
- if it continues, have 1-1 convo with dominant individual in a calm and nice way and explain how everyone needs to have a contribution
