미국 버지니아비치의 시청건물에서 지난 31일(현지 시각) 총기 난사 사건이 발생해 13명이 죽고 6명이 다쳤다.

언론에 따르면, 이날 오후 4시쯤 한 남성이 시청 건물 3개 층을 돌아다니며 직원들에게 무차별 총격을 가했다.

이 사건으로 12명이 목숨을 잃었고, 범인도 현장에서 사망했다.
