Topical or intralesional corticosteroids

CREST Syndrome
Skin thickening/fibrosis of hands
What are the Components of CREST syndrome?
CREST
Calcinosis- Ca dept in skin
Raynaud’s- spasm of BV
Esophageal DF- Acid Reflux and Decrease in motility
Sclerodactyly- Finger and handskin gets tight and thick
Telangectasias- dilation of cap => red marks on skin
What are the skin features of Localized scleroderma?
Morphea- raised white scar w/ lilac ring. Tx w/ steroids
Linear Scleroderma- bands crossing joint lines
En Coup De Sabre- on face
What is the appearance of Reiter’s syndrome?
Reactive Arthritis- Arthritis
Balanitis. Urethra, etc

Vascular skin changes w/ darker pigmentation. Psoriatic plaques
