Yellowtail Sashimi w/jalapeno

Yellowtail sashimi, dab of garlic, topped with jalapeno and set in a yuzu soy. A cilantro leaf to balance the spice.

Thinly slice whitefish with cilantro, rocoto and soy salt, set in yuzu/lemon juice.

Whitefish sashimi with a yuzu juice and olive oil blend, topped with dried miso and chives. Sashimi is best enjoyed with a small garlic chip.

The tartare is served in wasabi soy, topped with scallions and caviar.
It is best enjoyed using a small demitasse spoon, allowing a small amount of each element in every bite.
