Gastrointestinal- bowel perforation or obstruction

A
deep back pain swollen abdomen palpable mass with pulsation unequal blood pressure in each arm rupture causes massive haemorrhage which can be fatal

A
surgical intervention of a prosthetic graft
x-ray not needed, wont be visible

SOB
chest pain
cyanosis
tachycardia
