what are the origins of stress
In prehistoric times when there was danger you’d have a physical reaction (adrenaline) which helps with the fight or flight respons
what is positive stress
new things that make you feel good and motivate you to do things
what is negative stress
things that worry you and when there is too much stress causes feelings of anger, anxiety, fear and distrust, it can work paralysing
what is being under-stressed
