2)Pyogenic infection: pharyngitis, cellulitis, impetigo
Toxigenic- C-superantigen(erythrogenic exotoxin)scarlet fever(rash except face ,pharyngitis, strawberry face), A-superantigen-TSLS , B-protease- necrotizing fasciitis
immunopathogenic- Rheumatic fever(joint, heart and brain-basal ganglion) type 2 hypersensitivity(molecular mimicry) usually with pharyngitis, Glomerulonephritis, type 3 hypersensitivity and usually during impetigo, periorbital edema, hypertension and hematuria
