What do glucocorticoids do and what is their MOA?

A
  • Reduce inflammation
  • allergic reactions/musculoskeletal pains
  • immunosuppresion

MOA: stops arachidonic acid = not getting any inflammation by prostaglandin or leukotriene pathway
